Who protects the deposit?As part of the move-in process, we collect the deposit from the tenant and register it with our chosen scheme within the required timeframe.

Who organises the move-in?Once a tenant is secured and their details are handed to our New Lets team, we will manage every aspect of the move-in until the keys are delivered. If we manage the property, we will also inform the tenant about their designated property manager and how to report maintenance issues. Your primary responsibilities are to find the tenant, agree on the offer with the landlord, and conduct the Right to Rent checks. Leave the rest to us.

What are Right to Rent checks?Right to Rent checks verify that a tenant has the legal right to live and rent in the UK. These checks are a legal requirement and fall under your responsibility as the agent. However, we can also carry out these checks based on your needs.

When will the tenants receive the keys?Tenants will receive the keys only after all checks are completed and approved, the tenancy agreement is signed, and funds are paid. Keys will be handed over on the first day of the tenancy and not before.

Will you manage the end of tenancy?For managed properties, we take care of everything: processing the notice, serving the correct notice forms, and arranging the check-out. We also oversee the deposit release process to ensure a fair outcome for all parties.

Who will deal with the tenancy renewals?Our team will contact both parties to negotiate the renewal terms. We’ll only require your expert advice on the local market to ensure our landlord secures the best possible rent.
