Tenant Support Package
If you wish to keep the pre tenancy in house but do not want the hassle of dealing with property management in house, then this option is for you. Once you have agreed a tenancy and completed the pre tenancy paper work, the file is then handed over to us to then manage the tenancy.
The Full package
If you do not wish to have the hassle of handling any daily property management issues, spending time chasing references and chasing rent arrears and want your lettings team to focus on growing the business, then this is the perfect option for you. We will take care of everything once a tenancy has been agreed between both tenant(s) and landlord(s).
